Refund policy

14-Day Right to Cancel

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item for a full refund.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing at:

You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

Items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With tags and hygiene seals intact

We reserve the right to reduce the refund if the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

Returns Process

To request a return:

  1. Email us at contactuplyft@gmail.com with your order number.

  2. We will provide return instructions and the return address.

  3. Package the item securely and send it back using a tracked service.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

We are not responsible for items lost in transit without proof of postage

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund if the goods are faulty.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account.

  2. Contact your card provider (processing times vary).
